Julie Walsh was a policy analyst in CEI’s Energy and Global Warming department. Ms. Walsh brings to Washington the non-traditional background of being a home educator for thirteen years. Formally, a regular contributor to CEI’s blog, OpenMarket.org, GlobalWarming.org, and the Cooler Heads Digest, she commented on a wide range of issues, especially energy, the environment, and global warming.
A California native, Ms.Walsh attended the University of California-Berkeley and went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in both Mineral Land Management and Finance.
