Marcus Renato S. Xavier is an economist at the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais and Professor of Economics at IBMEC Business School and Fundacao Joao Pinheiro. He received his B.A. in Economics from Federal University of Minas Gerais and his Master's degree from the University of Sao Paulo. He is also a senior fellow at Instituto Liberdade.
