Nicole Bayhurst is the Executive Assistant to CEI’s President and CEO Kent Lassman.

Nicki graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio, majoring in German with an International Studies concentration. She studied for a year at Philipps Universität, Marburg, Germany. After graduating, she worked for a tour operator based in Washington, DC as a Program Manager operating and designing domestic and international educational tours.

Prior to joining CEI, she worked as an Executive Assistant for the International College of Dentists, an honorary dental society, supporting the 17 regions and both the executive committee and board of regents. Before that, she was the Artistic Director of an Irish dance school based in Silver Spring, MD. Nicki’s passion for all things Irish spurred her to sit the CLRG Adjudication Exam, which she was awarded in 2007. In 2015 she was chosen to adjudicate the World Championships of Irish Dance, thought to be the equivalent of the “Olympics of Irish Dance”.

If she isn’t hanging out with her husband and two rescue dogs (Audrey and Tom) in Rockville, MD., you can find her cycling, participating in a wine seminar or judging a national Irish dance competition.
