Court Blocks Enforcement of Biden/OSHA Vaccine Mandate Citing Serious Flaws

“The Fifth Circuit’s decision to temporarily block enforcement of the OSHA vaccine mandate on Saturday is a win for individual rights, the rule of law, and the economy. People have a right to bodily integrity, and the government cannot demonstrate the urgent necessity and grave danger that is needed for an emergency declaration. The court’s statement that the petitions ‘give cause to believe’ there are such problems with rights and necessity is an ominous sign for the Biden administration.”
