SEC Set To Over-Regulate Mutual Fund Industry With Vote on June 23;

CEI President Available For Commentary Criticizing Ruling

 

Washington – Mutual Funds industry expert Fred L. Smith, Jr., founder and president of the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), is available for on-air interviews and commentary regarding the SEC’s ruling to mandate independent chairs in an effort to reform the industry.  The SEC is expected to implement new regulations on Wednesday, June 23.
