Fake Science on Climate Change Threatens Economic and Civil Freedoms

The American Spectator cites CEI’s recent study with Power the Future, “What the Green New Deal Could Cost a Typical Household.”

The Competitive Enterprise Institute calculated that the total cost of the program would be $51.1 trillion to $92.9 trillion, or $316,010 to $419,010 per household. Aside from this being impossible, this would clearly require a powerful government to enact; Americans would not be allowed to spend their money as they wish.
