What will 1.5 cents from soda tax bring?

The Philadelphia Tribune reports on a coalition letter CEI signed to oppose the proposed soda tax in Philadelphia. 

The Competitive Enterprise Institute and 12 other organizations, in a signed letter, stated, “While the Mayor could target any number of goods and services,” the CEI said, “he is specifically targeting sugary beverages. Arbitrary taxation creates economic uncertainty, hurting job growth and wage increases.”
