Marin Murdock is Associate Counsel at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, where she focuses on legal and policy issues through a law-and-economics lens.
Before joining CEI, Marin worked in legal and policy roles across international and domestic contexts, including conducting research on regulatory frameworks, drafting legal analyses, and supporting rule-of-law initiatives. Her work has spanned the U.S. government, international organizations, and civil society groups.
Marin has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development and Sustainability from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. These degrees trained Marin on how incentives and institutional design shape human behavior, regulation, and governance.
