Robert Hanrahan Ph.D., JD, has worked on nuclear weapons science and engineering since 1991, first at Los Alamos National Laboratory and since 2007 as a federal employee of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA.) He holds Ph.D. is in Materials Science from the University of Florida and a JD from George Mason School of Law. He is admitted to the Maryland Bar.
