Today CEI filed a new lawsuit against the State Department for failing to produce documents requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) related to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of private email for official State Department work.
Seeking separation forms and any evidence of cybersecurity and IT training from Sec. Clinton and her aides’ dureing their time at the State Department, CEI submitted FOIA requests in March that have received no production or response of “no records exist” from the State Department.
The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on April 14, 2015.
