Politico's Morning Transportation mentions CEI's rebuttal to the New York Times article against privitatizing air traffic control. 

The New York Times editorial board jumped into the FAA fray on Monday, penning a declaration that came down hard against privatizing air traffic control. From the editorial: “Republican sponsors of this proposal insist that it would not jeopardize safety, because the F.A.A. would have regulatory oversight of the private company that manages the nation’s airspace. But if they trust the F.A.A. to regulate safety, why not let the agency operate air traffic control as it has for decades?
