Fred Campbell was the director of CEI’s Communications Liberty and Innovation Project until 2014. Campbell is the founder of FBC Enterprises LLC, former President and CEO of the Wireless Communications Association International (WCAI), and an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law. He previously served as Wireless Bureau Chief at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and as Wireless Legal Advisor to FCC Chairman Kevin Martin.
